Supplies You’ll Need
To make these exercise tracking stickers, you’ll need:
- Canva – A free, user-friendly design tool to create custom images if needed. ( I use the paid version)
- Cricut Design Space – The software where you’ll upload, resize, and prepare your sticker designs for cutting.
- Cricut Maker 3 – The machine that will cut your stickers precisely. (or cutting machine of your choice)
- Epson ET-16600 Printer – Known for high-quality color printing, perfect for sticker projects. (or any printer of your choice)
- Printable Sticker Paper from Pretty Party & Crafty – This premium paper will ensure your stickers are durable and vibrant.

Step 1: Find or Create Your Sticker Images
To get started, you’ll need images to represent your fitness goals.
- Finding Images on Google
- Search for images of the Apple Watch exercise rings and a 10k steps icon.
- Look for high-quality, copyright-free images that fit your aesthetic.
- Download the images and save them to a folder on your computer.
- Creating Custom Images on Canva
- If you can’t find the perfect image, use Canva to make your own. I used Canva to make the 10K steps sticker
- Create a 300 x 300 pixel design (a size that works well for small stickers).
- Use Canva’s elements to add icons or text to represent exercise goals, like “10k Steps” or “Move Rings.”
- Save your Canva creation as a PNG file with a transparent background for easy printing.
Step 2: Upload Images to Cricut Design Space
Now that you have your images ready, it’s time to upload them into Cricut Design Space.
- Open Cricut Design Space on your computer and create a new project.
- Click on “Upload” and then select the images you saved from Google or Canva.
- Upload the Files and select “Complex” for the best quality, then erase any unwanted background if needed.
- Resize Your Images to your preferred sticker size. Aim for around half an inches in diameter for exercise tracker stickers.
Step 3: Print Your Stickers on the Epson ET-16600 Printer
With your images set up in Cricut Design Space, it’s time to print them.
- Load Printable Sticker Paper from Pretty Party & Crafty into your Epson ET-16600 printer.
- Click on “Make It” in Cricut Design Space, then select “Print Then Cut” to print your images with registration marks that the Cricut will later use to align your cuts.
- Send the Project to Print by choosing your Epson printer and setting it to the highest quality print mode for the best color results.
Step 4: Cut Your Stickers with the Cricut Maker 3
After printing, place the printed sheet onto a Cricut cutting mat.
- Place the Printed Sheet on the Mat and load it into the Cricut Maker 3.
- Select the Material Type as “Sticker Paper” in Cricut Design Space.
- Start the Cutting Process and let the Cricut cut around each design. The machine uses its sensor to follow the registration marks, so your stickers will be perfectly cut!
If you’re more of a visual learner, I’ve created a YouTube tutorial for this project as well.
