When it comes to printing, you have several options and its totally up to you which one you would like.
Option 1: Print on regular copy paper, cut it out and use any glue to adhere it to your gift. You can also punch a hole in the top and tie a string on it as well. But be careful, copy paper is very thin and can rip easlily but its the most cost effective.
Option 2: Print on card stock (65lb or 110lb) either on if fine but the heavier the weight, the thicker the paper is. For card stock, you’ll need a printer that accommodate it, which would be a printer with a rear feeder. You have the same option to use an adhesive to put it on or punching a hole and using ribbon to add it to the gift.
Option 3: Print on sticker paper, then cut it out and stick to your gift. This would be the fastest option. No hole punching needed since its a sticker.
Your stickers are 3 inches and there’s 6 of them on a 8.5/11 sheet. You can use a hole puncher or a pair of scissors, which most of us have in our homes, so it’ll be free.

I recommend this glossy sticker paper.
