Its the most wonderful time of the year, and the most stressful time of year, and one of the most troubling years. So, I wanted to show you a craft that far from stressful and perfect to make with the kids.
This mini fuzzy tree is fast, fun, and you’ll only need a few supplies. All supplies were purchased form Michaels.
Supplies:
- Styrofoam cone
- Chunky yarn
- Pom poms
- Clear Christmas ornaments (Optional)
- and don’t forget your Glue Gun
We’re going to start from the bottom of the cone.
Add a little glue at a time and keep going around the cone. Make sure the yarn stays close together and not showing any of the foam.
Once you’re finished and make it all the way to the top, you can trim any stray pieced then add the larges Pom Pom in the pack on the top.
These tops come in a variety of colors and sizes. I liked the tree with all small pots on it. But you choose which you like best.
Put a dot of glue on the small pom pom and place it where you like. This is jut a fun craft so don’t stress about it.
I put random colors and sizes on one and the other has all small sizes in a ombre patter.
And there you have it, fast, fun, and easy. And very cute.
If you have any blank clear ornaments, you can add some pom poms inside of them also. They look good together because they match. You can even add an initial or character on the ornament as well.
